Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
In Revelation 21:8, the word sorcerer comes from the Greek word “pharmakeia” pronounced; far-mak-i’-ah. That is where we get our English word “pharmacy” from. Pharmakeia not only means witchcraft, but also holds these other definitions:
1. the use or the administering of drugs
2. poisoning
3. sorcery, magical arts, often found in connection with idolatry and fostered by it
4. The deceptions and seductions of idolatry
Besides witchcraft, Saint John saw people who were unwilling to repent from their drug use. Drug addicts are transgressors and need to seek help if they can not stop on their own. If Satan is holding you captive with drugs, ask Jesus to deliver you, and seek His help:
II Timothy 2:25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
II Timothy 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Illicit drugs destroy the body and are condemned: 1 Corinthians 3:16; 6:19.

Proverbs 4:18 perfectly describes the difference between drug pushers and Christians who do not use drugs: It also addresses the lure to drugs and gangs:
Proverbs 4:14 Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.
Proverbs 4:15 Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.
Proverbs 4:16 For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.

The flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh:
